Acula rotary crusher is designed to crush grain during the feed preparation process. The machine automatically sucks in grain, crushes it and then feeds the crushed grain into the Twister feed mixer.

The crusher automatically sucks in the grain, crushes it and then feeds the crushed grain into the feed mixer. The device is adapted to work with Adraf feed mixers. In combination with the mixer, conveyor and electronic scales, it forms a complete feed production line on the farm.

The crushers we produce have a wide range of standard equipment, including: a suction mechanism, 5 meters of suction hose and 3 meters of discharge hose. To protect the crusher from accidental damage, we install magnets in our equipment to catch small metal elements, as well as an ammeter and a thermal switch to prevent damage to the motor. The crusher can load the material to be crushed from a heap, silo or bunker. A new product that we have developed and brought to the market thanks to the comments of our customers are special bunkers for the crusher with a capacity of 500 kg to 2000 kg. The adjustable suction nozzle at the bottom of the hopper is the perfect complement to our chopper, making the job much easier. The chopper, equipped with a hopper, can be loaded with grain using the Adraf screw conveyor or directly from big bags. Our choppers are equipped with sieves with cells, which cope much better with the preparation of chopped grain for animals. As standard, Adraf choppers are equipped with sieves with a diameter of 4 mm. In addition to sieves, suction mechanisms, rotors, PVC hoses and a number of other components, various types of multi-way distributors are available, both mechanical and automatic. They allow you to connect more suction nozzles or mixers to the chopper, creating an extended feed production line.
