Thermal Efficiency
The door features a continuous sealing system that improves thermal efficiency and helps maintain required internal temperatures in climate-controlled and production environments. Insulated panels reduce heat transfer and contribute to energy savings. Sealing around the perimeter and between panels limits air infiltration and prevents dust and moisture ingress.

Operation and Automation
The door leaf is counterbalanced with a torsion spring mechanism to ensure smooth, balanced movement and reduce strain on the drive unit. This balanced design supports frequent cycles typical for logistics and transport terminals. The ISD01 is compatible with a range of drive units and automation systems, allowing integration with remote control, access management and safety interlocks.

Construction and Durability
Construction uses heavy-duty panels and reinforced guides to withstand industrial wear. Hardware components are selected for durability and corrosion resistance. Design prioritizes easy maintenance and fast replacement of wear parts to minimize downtime. Optional features include vision panels for natural light, pedestrian pass doors, and additional insulation or anti-condensation solutions.
