Log splitter combiner 20T

This log splitter combines three machines: sawing + splitting + conveyor. Fully automatic and lever-controlled!

The chainsaw cuts the wood to the desired length, after which the diameter splits the finished sawn log into six parts. The processed wood is transported to the desired location by a conveyor belt.

The saw-diameter is equipped with a powerful 15 hp KOHLER combustion engine. The maximum diameter of the wood is 480 mm and the splitting force is up to 20 tons.

The trees are cut with a hydraulically operated chainsaw with a 550 mm long blade.

This machine can process almost any type of wood. The cutting and splitting tools are hydraulically operated. The machine is mounted on a wheeled base with a ball hitch.

The firewood machine is equipped with a 3.2 m long conveyor belt that can transport the processed wood directly to the trailer. The maximum height of the conveyor is 2 m.

The machine has a capacity of approximately 5–8 cubic meters of wood per hour, depending on the type of wood.

Various accessories can be installed on the machine, such as a hydraulic log feeder and wedges.
