Hammer mill 4kW

RB200 4.0 kW hammer mill is designed for grinding biomass such as straw, stalks, wood chips, tree branches, and forest waste. The 4 kW motor provides high power, allowing the machine to grind material up to 5 cm in diameter.

After grinding, the material reaches an ideal size for pelleting. A built-in turbine facilitates bagging of the shredded material.

The machine is equipped with a system of 16 hammers. This solution allows for very fine grinding of materials such as wood chips, tree branches, and forest waste.

The shredded material can be immediately pelletized.

The machine is also suitable for grinding agricultural materials such as peanuts, rice and other plants, husks, corn, wheat, beans, and other grains. The device is characterized by high efficiency and low energy consumption. The material to be ground must be dry – maximum material moisture content 40%, and the material diameter must not exceed 50 mm. The shredder has a 3 mm diameter screen. A safety switch prevents the machine from being turned on with the cutting drum cover raised. Additionally, the machine is equipped with an emergency stop switch.

The hammer mill is equipped with a cyclone separator. This allows for the separation of the shredded material from the dust.
