Hot-dip galvanized heavy-duty steel
Dense 30 x 30 mm mesh, fully welded along the perimeter
Heavy-duty steel tubular frame, welded square; suitable for installation on various surfaces—even those that are not perfectly square. Pre-drilled installation holes in the frame.
2–3 strong, welded-on hinges

Lock pocket for Abloy lock cases: LC300, LC301, LC302, LC303, LC305, LC130, LC131, LC132

Note! The lock, lock case, handle, and other locking hardware are not included.
Width: The specified dimension refers to the *outer* dimension of the frame. Please refer to the additional images—dimension 'L'.
Recommended height: 2000 mm

Note! A gap of 10–150 mm should be left at the bottom; a gap may also be left at the top.

Please refer to the additional images—schematic drawings and the third additional image, which shows a 1200 x 2000 LEFT-hand door as an example. The door is installed by drilling the frame into the wall; pre-drilled installation holes are provided. A gap of 1–15 cm is left at the bottom; there is no threshold.

Options:
Modification for an Abloy surface-mounted lock – please refer to the drawing in the additional images to see how the door is altered. The standard lock pocket is omitted, meaning only a surface-mounted lock can be used.
This option is intended for cases where an existing surface-mounted lock is to be transferred from an old door to the new one. In all other cases, the standard model is the correct choice.
Welded handle(s) can withstand heavy use; this is a useful accessory that helps protect the door and keys.
Dimensions = external dimensions of the frame.
